I have been attending the gym for years, but not really seeing any great results. I was naive enough to think doing 200 sit ups a day would give me a six pack or lifting the same weight every week would make me bigger and stronger. So I decided to seek Martin’s help to get me ready for a holiday. I wanted to get really lean and was prepared to do this in 12 weeks. Martin made me a programme to follow and made the workouts enjoyable and progressive, but most importantly he showed me how to diet properly by using Macros. Taking the time to sit me down and go over the process really helped me understand what was needed to be done. I could rely on Martin to give me help/advice on foods and exercises which made the whole processes easier.
