I approached Martin originally in 2015 looking for a way to ‘tone up’ as i was just so unhappy with my figure but i was also keen to see how lean i could be.  I worked hard and intensely for 12 weeks with Martin’s guidance and got the exact results i wanted.  Sometimes motivation is difficult, finding the will to do the work isn’t always easy but Martin was always there for me, helping me every step of the way.  By far the best coach I could’ve asked for, giving the exact results that i wanted.  I’m looking forward to seeing what i can do in the future with him.   If you want someone who works you hard and believes in you, then he is the one.  Truly an incredible coach, I wouldn’t go to anyone else!!
